Welcome



The Haven of Rest Residential Homes is located on top of the Cumberland Mountains in beautiful Tracy City, Tennessee. We have been in operation since January 2nd, 1979. We were the first home of its type to be licensed by the State of Tennessee. We welcome the elderly, handicapped, mentally impaired, the blind and veterans. We also assist low income individuals who are receiving SSI and\or Social Security Benefits with their living needs.



We offer private and semi-private rooms.





Amenities



Our homes are licensed for 49 beds, including private and semi-private rooms. We are licensed by the Department of Health of the State of Tennessee. We are inspected yearly by a surveyor and the Fire Marshall. We provide three meals a day featuring "country cookin'" as well as laundry, housekeeping, controlled medication and bathing staff.



Location



The Haven of Rest Homes is located in a scenic woodland setting with even a picnic area on the premises. We are at the top of the Cumberland Mountains in Tracy City, Tennessee, which is only six miles from Interstate 24 which runs East to West through Monteagle, TN.



Make those special times with your loved ones extra special by stopping by some of the local attractions. Which include the Savage Gulf Natural area, The Dutchmaid Bakery, The Great Stone Door, Tracy City Coke Ovens located in the Grundy County Recreation Area, the Grundy Forest State Recreational Area, Fiery Gizzard State Recreational Trail and there is even a campground and an R.V. park located next to the center.
